Customer Success Manager

The Opportunity

Soleo operates one of the largest pay-per-call networks in North America. Pay-per-call is a form of performance marketing where advertisers pay for qualified phone leads. We offer solutions for advertisers of all sizes ranging from large national brands to small regional businesses. In addition to serving our advertisering partners, the Soleo Pay-Per-Call Network offers a robust marketplace for publishers (call sources) to sell their phone leads.

Soleo Communications is looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to help grow our current base of advertisers and publisher (call source) partners. This role will work closely with product development/ engineering, sales, finance, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage existing partner relationships on both the advertiser and publisher side of the business

· Develop new business and grow advertising budgets with existing partners

· Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your partners

· Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships

· Set digital media strategies for your assigned partners, considering their specific requirements

· Provide performance reporting and analytics to partners on a routine basis

· Act as liaison between partners and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to our partner’s needs

· Assist with various operational requests or issues escalations as needed

· Stay current with market developments, competitive offerings, technological advances, and company products

· Travel as required to attend trade shows, client meetings or other business engagements

· Perform necessary projects to achieve the organizations mission

 

Requirements

· 3+ years of account management/ customer success in a high-value, business-to-business, solution consultation environment

· Experience in digital media, advertising or marketing industry is preferred

· Business Degree (BA/BS in Business Administration, Business Management)

· Experience with CRM software and MS Office

· Proactive approach to client consultation

· Proven ability to manage multiple customer success projects/partners at a time

· Experience or familiarity with business analysis concepts and tools
