The onboarding process will look different depending on your account’s needs. However, once you’ve decided to partner with Soleo, you will be assigned an account manager who will be able to make sure all the details and parameters of your offer are recorded and set up in our system. They’ll be the ones coordinating the launch of your campaign with our internal team and (if applicable) our network, so they’ll be able to help answer any questions you have about your account during the onboarding process.
